• Resume upload (PDF) and parsing to extract your experience, education, and skills
• AI-generated portfolio websites based on your resume and chosen template
• Multiple professional, responsive portfolio templates
• Live editor to customize your portfolio content and design
• Publishing to a live URL (e.g., mydigitalspace.co/live/yourusername)
• Free tier with limited generations; premium subscription for unlimited generations

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyDigitalSpace. By using our Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use MyDigitalSpace, you must create an account. You may sign up using:

• Manual Sign-Up: Email and password
• Google OAuth: Sign in with your Google account

6. Acceptable Use

• The completeness of resume parsing or template population
• The availability or timeliness of the Service

7.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Available at all times without interruption
• Free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Compatible with all devices or browsers

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYDIGITALSPACE, ZYENE, INC., AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any career, employment, or professional outcomes arising from use of your portfolio
• Lost data, inaccurate AI output, or missed opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving your portfolio content before publishing.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyDigitalSpace, Zyene, Inc., and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy)
• Content you submit, publish, or display through the Service

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of MyDigitalSpace (including code, design, logos, templates, and text) are owned by Zyene, Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your resume, your portfolio content, and any materials you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and operate the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyDigitalSpace for personal or professional use. This license does NOT include:

• The right to modify, copy, or distribute the Service or its templates
• The right to create derivative works of the Service
• Commercial resale of the Service without written permission

11. Third-Party Services

MyDigitalSpace integrates with third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and file storage
• Clerk: Authentication
• Stripe: Payment processing for premium subscriptions
• Groq: AI-based portfolio generation from your resume and template
• Netlify: Hosting and serverless functions

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. We will notify you of material changes via:

• In-app or on-site notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of MyDigitalSpace after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
